Mrs Wood works in Willow Class, Year 1 and Maple Class, Year 2. She has many important roles, which include supporting the children when they make the transition from EYFS to Year 1 as well as leading the teaching of additional phonics sessions for children across school.

Mrs Duckworth works across different classes. She has a passion for leading interventions and is our writing intervention lead, specialising in the delivery of Colourful Semantics.

Mrs Thompson is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and works in various classes. As well as this, Mrs Thompson is responsible for leading Maths interventions across school.

Mrs Jenkinson works in Hazel Class, Pre-School/Reception. She has the important role of helping to ensure the children settle well into our school when they join us.

Mrs Newman works each morning in Oak Class, Year 3. She uses her experience to help support and guide the children she works with so they can achieve their full potential.

Mrs Maskell works across various different classes. She also delivers reading interventions most afternoons.

Mrs Brierley joined our school in March 2025 and works in The Orchard, our SEMH SEND Unit.

 

Ms Walker works in Willow Class, Year 1. There she provides a high level of 1:1 support as well as support to small groups of children.

 

Mrs Farr works in The Orchard, having joined our school in March 2026.

 

Mrs Bellusci works in Hazel Class, Reception. She has a passion for ensuring children develop early communication and language skills. As such, she leads interventions for children who require additional speech & language support.

 

Miss Hesketh works in Hazel Class, Reception. She also leads handwriting interventions on specific afternoons each week.
