Mrs Shaw works across school supporting children with positive behaviour management strategies, including within our Forest School, in her role as Behaviour Mentor. Her primary role is to ensure our children feel happy and ready to learn. She builds wonderful relationships with all children and because of this, is able to support children when things aren't going as well as they would like.
